Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to a contract
between the City and the Texas Department of Health (TDH Document No.
C5000224) which adds Attachment No. 07 in the amount of $172,490 for the
period September 1, 1994 through August 31, 1995 for health and family planning
services to Iow income women and children.
