MOTIONS - 10/11/94
Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 6,205 aluminum traffic
sign blanks; 2,900 aluminum traffic sign blades; and 1,200 brackets in accordance
with Bid invitation No. BI-0267-94, with Vulcan Signs, Foley, Alabama, based on
Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $59,577.70. The term of the
agreement shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an
additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. These items will be used by the Street Services
Department.
