MOTIONS - 10/11/94
Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 10,000 tons of cold
mix/cold laid asphalt in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0251-94 with Vulcan
Materials Company, San Antonio, Texas, based on Iow bid of $255,000. The term
of the contract will be twelve months with an option to extend for up to an
additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. This material will be used by the Street and Utility
Departments for the patching and repairing of City streets. Funds have been
budgeted by the using departments for FY 94-95.
