MOTIONS - 10/11/94
Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute pipeline agreements with Coastal
States Crude Gathering Company in an amount not to exceed $200,000 and with
Koch Gathering Systems, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $185,811, for
adjustment of pipelines required for the construction of roadway improvements on
Violet Road between Annaville Road and a point 1,500 feet south of Starlite Lane.
