18. b. Motion approving an amendment to Research Agreement No. 95-072 between the
Texas Engineering Experiment Station and the City of CorpUs Christi, to add phase
two in the amount of $20,555. The research on ozone near non-attainment
planning is being performed by the Environmental Engineering Program at Texas
A&M University - Kingsville.
