Motion authorizing the City Manager toCexecute on behalf of the City of Corpus
Christi the Reimbursement Agreement with the Lady Lex on the Bay Association
whereby the Association agrees to timely pay to the City debt service on "City of
Corpus Christi, Texas Combination Tax and Municipal Hotel Occupancy Tax
Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 1992" in the principal sum of $3,000,000,
the Greater Corpus Christi Business Alliance releases the Association from its
obligation to the Alliance regarding same, and the City releases the Alliance from
its obligation to City regarding same, with related provisions as contained in the
Reimbursement Agreement, a substantial copy of which is on file with the City
Secretary.
