Motion approving a supply agreement for mufflers, tailpipes, exhaust pipes and
related service in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0082-95 with Shaffer's
Muffler Shops, Corpus Christi, Texas based on Iow bid for an estimated annual
expenditure of $17,918. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an
option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the
supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This service will be used by the
Fire Department and Maintenance Services. Funds have been budgeted by the
using departments in FY 94-95.
