Motion authorizing an escrow agreement in the amount of $838,011.62 with the
Texas Department of Transportation to cover costs associated with relocating,
adjusting and/or constructing water and wastewater facilities required in conjunction
with the reconstruction of Old Brownsville Road from South Padre Island Drive
(S.P.I.D.) to Morgan Avenue.
