Motion approving Amendment No. 4 to the contract for engineering services at the
O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. to proceed
with construction phase to upgrade filters 1-12 and increasing the fee by $116,490
to a new total of $794,914.
