Motion, upon application by Cinemark, Inc., approving a waiver of the standard
screening fence requirements of the Zoning Ordinance along the east property line
of Bohemian Colony Lands, Section 4, Lot 2, based on the findings that no building
permits for residential construction have been issued upon any lot or lots adjacent
to the property, no residential structures exist on any lot or lots adjacent to the
property, and that this waiver of screening fence requirements will not adversely
affect the uses of adjacent and neighboring properties.
