Motion to approve a contract in accordance with Request for Proposal No. BI-0085-
95 to Laidlaw Environmental Services for Household Hazardous Waste Disposal
services. These services will be rendered on an "event" basis, four (4) times per
year. The projected total for these services is approximately $250,000/yr. The term
of the contract is for one (1) year with an option to extend for an additional year.
Funds for the program have been budgeted in the Solid Waste FY 1994-95
operating budget.
