Motion approving a contract with EMCON for engineering services to assist the City
in the preparation of landfill permit modification(s) and to address potential landfill
gas migration at the J.C. Elliott Landfill as required by the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission (TNRCC) and Subtitle D MSW Regulations. The cost
of the services will not exceed $196,000. Funding for this contract is provided in
the Solid Waste Services Department operating budget.
