Motion authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract with the Brooks 1994 Family Trust, Gamett T. Brooks, III, and Laura
Ann Brooks, Co-Trustees, conveying a roadway right-of-way to the City to provide
access to the proposed new golf course site; said roadway right-of-way being
approximately 60 feet wide by approximately 950 feet long from approximately the
intersection of Ripple Street and Sharpsburg Road across the Brooks 1994 Family
Trust Property to the CPL right-of-way which is the northerly boundary of the Brooks
1994 Family Trust Property.
