Motion to amend, prior to second reading, an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance
allowing outside storage by:

Adding definitions and allowances for "outside retail display" and "outside
retail sales" and "outside storage" areas,
Allowing outside retail displays within ten feet of retail store fronts in certain
zoning districts,
Allowing outside retail sales areas in certain zoning districts, and
Allowing outside storage in certain zoning districts.
