Motion to amend, prior to second reading, the Beach/Dune Regulations by
amending Section 10-52 to clarify that Whitecap Blvd. is a City street right-of-way
and by amending Appendix V to indicate that a copy of the short form Dune
Protection Permit application will be provided to the General Land Office and the
Office of the Attorney General when it is determined that a permit is not required.
