Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 1,900 tons of pebble
calcium oxide in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0123-95 with Austin White
Lime Co., Austin, Texas, based on Iow bid, for an estimated annual expenditure of
$110,200. The term of the contract will be for twelve months with an option to
extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by the Water
Department in FY 94-95.
