Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an amendment to
an interlocal agreement with the State of Texas, Department of Public Safety,
Division of Emergency Management authorized by Resolution No. 021995, to
purchase $1,250.22 for computer equipment to enhance coordination of
intergovemmental operations for emergency management and disaster information
and planning; and designating the Chief of Police as the City's official
representative under the intergovernmental agreement.
