Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to Contract No.
C500024 with the Texas Department of Health in the amount of $64,652 for clinical
health and family planning services during the period of September 1, 1994 to
August 31, 1995, and adding three full-time equivalent positions to the Health
Department to replace three state-funded positions which are being discontinued.
