Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 25,125 tons of precoated
aggregate in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0221-95 with Bay, Inc., Corpus
Christi, Texas based on Iow bid of $521,343.75. The term of the contract is twelve
months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Council. The material will be used by Street
Services for the construction and repair of city streets. Funds have been budgeted
for FY 94-95.
