Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 25,000 tons of hot mix
asphalt in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0214-95 with Bay, Inc., Corpus
Christi, Texas based on Iow bid of $584,750. The term of the contract will be twelve
months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This material is
used by Street Services and funds are budgeted in FY 94-95.
