Motion approving supply agreements for approximately 45,300 feet of steel pipe,
size 1" through 16" in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0140-95 with Texas
Pipe and Supply, Corpus Christi, Texas based on the Iow bid $173,404. The term
of the contract will be twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional
twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his
designee. This pipe will be used by the Gas Department and funds have been
budgeted for FY 94-95.
