Motion opposing a provision to S.B. 60, an amendment to Section 215.001 (b) of the
Local Government Code, that a city may not prohibit a person who is licensed to
carry a concealed handgun from carrying a firearm at a public park; a public
meeting of the city, county, or other governmental body; or a political rally or
parade.
