MOTIONS - 5/30/95
Motion approving a supply agreement for 57,000 feet of %", 1" and 2" polyethylene
pipe and approximately 1,100 fittings in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-0174-
95 with Uponor Aldyl Company, Shawnee, Oklahoma based on Iow bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $30,161.20. The term of the agreement will be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject
to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have
been budgeted by the Gas Department in FY 94-95.
