Motion authorizing an increase of $138,114.03 to the City's escrow account on
deposit with (TXDOT) for a total of $2,054,893.59 to cover costs associated with
relocating, adjusting and/or construction of water and wastewater facilities as
required for the construction of roadway improvements on McKinzie Road, from
McKinzie Lane to Haven Drive.
