Motion that a committee composed of Council Members Edward Martin, Betty Jean
Longoria, and John Longoria be entrusted with Municipal Court Judge appointment
procedures and notification to current incumbents and others who may be
interested in serving in that capacity that the City Council will be considering those
appointments.
