Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 9,800 tubes of a testing
reagent (Colilert) and 2,808 testing bottles in accordance with Bid Invitation No. BI-
0225-95, with IDEXX Laboratories, West Brook, ME, based on sole source for an
estimated annual expenditure of $28,422.80. The term of the agreement shall be
for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
Funds are budgeted in FY 94-95 and requested for FY 95-96 by the Water
Department.
