Motion approving the submission of a grant application for $20,000 to the U.S.
Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) for
the TROOPS TO COPS program and authorizing the City Manager to execute the
contract and designating the Chief of Police as the official representative of the
City.
