Motion approving a supply agreement for portable chemical toilet service consisting
of approximately thirty-nine (39) units in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0250-
95 with Skid-O-Kan, Company, Corpus Christi, Texas based on Iow bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $15,610.45. The term of the supply agreement will
be twelve months with option to extend for up to an additional twelve months,
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. This
service will be used by the Gas, Park & Recreation, Solid Waste, Street,
Wastewater, and Water Departments. Funds have been budgeted in FY 94-95 and
requested for FY 95-96 by the using departments.
