MOTIONS - 7/11/95
Motion approving Amendment No. 2 in the amount of $125,000 to the contract for
engineering services with Alan Plummet Associates, Inc., Austin, Texas to conduct
studies and evaluation of data to reach agreement with the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission (TNRCC) on the classification of segment 2101 of the
Nueces River for the purpose of securing amendment to Texas Surface Water
Quality Standards to secure an amended permit for the Allison VVastewater
Treatment Plant.
