Motion to amend, prior to second reading, Exhibit A, the Southeast Area
Development Plan as an element of the City of Corpus Christi Comprehensive Plan
by allowing for a more general location for the combination park/view vista point
rather than specifically located next to the Pharaoh Valley drainage outfall.
