MOTIONS - 7/18/95
Motion approving supply agreements for food items which include canned and
frozen fruit and vegetables, meats, condiments, spices, etc., in accordance with
Coastal Bend Council of Governments Bid Invitation Nos. CBCOG-95-1 and
CBCOG-95-2 with the following companies for the following amounts based on Iow
bid for an estimated three month expenditure of $43,083.71. The term of the
agreements shall be for three months with an option to extend for up to an
additional three months, subject to the approval of the suppliers and the City
Manager or his designee. These items will be used by Senior Community Services
for the Elderly Nutrition Program. Funds are budgeted in FY 94-95 and requested
for FY 95-96 by Senior Community Services.
