Motion approving supply agreements for approximately 775,000 gallons of
reformulated gasoline and 740,000 gallons of diesel fuel in accordance with Bid
Invitation No. B1-0253-95 with the following companies for the following amounts
based on Iow bid and best bid for an estimated annual total of $1,252,624. The
term of the agreements shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up
to an additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted in FY 94-95 and requested for FY
95-96 by the using departments.
