Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute the consent to assignment by
Cheyenne Paving, Inc. ("Cheyenne") to Larson Plumbing and Utility Company
("Larson") of Cheyenne's interest under the Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi
Water and Wastewater System Improvements Contract (the "Contract") (Originally
awarded to Cheyenne on March 14, 1995).
