Motion to amend, prior to second reading, the Padre Island Yacht Club lease by
adding a minimum annual payment of $2,000 to Section 3. Rental Payments; by
adding a prohibition against live aboards in Section 9. Control and Use; and by
adding a requirement to post the phone number of the Director of Park and
Recreation as the contact person in the non-discrimination clause the club is
required to post in Section 29. Non-Discrimination.
