Motion approving the submission of a grant application to the Texas Department of
Transportation for funding in the amount of $52,566 for a Driving While Intoxicated
Selective Traffic Enforcement Project (STEP) and authorizing the City Manager to
execute the contract and designating the Chief of Police as the official
representative of the City.
