MOTIONS - 8/29/95
Motion approving supply agreements for 1,463 mechanical, flanged and swivel
fittings; 2,475 retainer glands and 11,810 related accessories in accordance with
Bid Invitation No. BI-0210-95 with the following companies for the following amounts
based on Iow bid for an estimated annual expenditure of $172,958.06. The term of
the agreements shall be for twelve months with an option to extend for up to an
additional twelve months, subject to the approval of the supplier and the City
Manager or his designee. Funds are budgeted in FY 95-96 by the Water and
Wastewater Departments.
