Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a software,
hardware, and peripheral preferred maintenance agreement with Ameritech Library
Services for the computer system located at the Central Library. The agreement is
for one year and City expenditures under this agreement shall not exceed $62,743.
Funds are available in the Central Library's fiscal year 1995-96 budget.
