Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to accept easement
dedications by Mr. O.S. Wyatt, Jr. for a 28.109 acre effluent diversion site, a 1.019
acre pipeline easement, and a 25 foot wide temporary construction easement, all
in connection with the Allison Wastewater Treatment PlantJNueces Bay Estuary
Effluent Diversion Demonstration Project in return for the construction of a 2W'
water pipeline valued at $48,500 for livestock watering purposes.
