MOTIONS - 10/10/95
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute an agreement with
Nueces County Community Action Agency (NCCAA) to provide $80,000 from the
FY95 CDBG Program to supplement the Weatherization Program to provide for
minor repairs such as handicap access ramps, inner walls, bathrooms to a minimum
of 50 homes that qualify under the program guidelines.
