Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 4,000 bags of Portland
Type I cement and 1,200 bags of mortar mix in accordance with Bid Invitation No.
BI-0018-96 with Starcrete Products, Robstown, Texas based on Iow total bid for an
estimated annual expenditure of $20,360. The term of the agreement shall be for
twelve months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months
subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee.
