MOTIONS- 10/31/95
Motion to amend prior motion directing City staff to pursue Phase IV of the 1995
Annexation program by reducing area under consideration FROM eight tracts of
land in the Northwest totaling approximately 6,000 acres TO five tracts of land in the
Northwest totaling approximately 3,000 acres and three tracts of land involving
Industrial District Agreements totaling approximately 135 acres.
