Motion authorizing the City Manager to employ the law firm of Lloyd, Gosselink,
Fowler, Blevins and Matthews, P.C., to represent the City in securing a permit for
the new landfill from the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission at not
to exceed the rates reflected in their response to the City's Request For Proposal.
