Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements with the Port of
Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) and Corpus Christi Junior College District (Del Mar)
identifying each party's responsibilities under the National Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System (NPDES) storm water permit application required by EPA.
