Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to negotiate an engineering
services contract with EMCON to perform services necessary for the City to secure
a Type I Municipal Solid Waste Permit from the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission. Said contract will be presented to City Council for award
upon successful completion of negotiations.
