MOTIONS- 12/12/95
Motion approving a supply agreement for printing paper which includes
approximately 450 reams of book paper; 68,000 sheets of cover stock; and 1,770
reams of NCR paper in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0067-96 with
Nationwide Papers, San Antonio, Texas for an estimated annual expenditure of
$27,359.82 based on Iow bid. The term of the agreement shall be for twelve
months with an option to extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the
approval of the supplier and the City Manager or his designee. Funds are allocated
by the using departments for FY 95-96.
