Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a two-year agreement with Humana Insurance
Company as negotiated by staff to provide Group Health Insurance benefits to the City of Corpus
Christi beginning on March 1, 1996 for premium payments totaling approximately $8,505,776 per
year; and authorizing the City Manager to extend the agreement for up to two (2) additional one-year
terms for premium payments to be determined in accordance with formula specified in the
agreement. This agreement is for the following estimated cost per year:
