Motion approving a supply agreement for approximately 60,000 gallons of emulsion oil (SS-l) in
accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0016-96 with Koch Materials Company, Austin, Texas based
on the Iow bid of $36,000. The term of the contract will be twelve months with an option to extend
for up to twelve additional months subject to the approval of the supplier and the City Manager or
his designee. This material is used by the Street Department for maintenance of City streets. Funds
have been budgeted by the Street Department for FY 95-96.
