Motion approving a supply agreement for lubricating oils, greases, and antifreeze
in accordance with Bid Invitation No. B1-0059~96 with Specialty Oil Co., Corpus
Christi, Texas based on Iow total bid for an estimated annual expenditure of
$97,695.90. The term of the contract shall be for twelve months with an option to
extend for up to an additional twelve months subject to the approval of the supplier
and the City Manager or his designee. Funds have been budgeted by Maintenance
Services and the Fire Department in FY 95-96.
