MOTIONS - 1/9/96
Motion authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute a five-year Parking
Space Lease Agreement with Trudihouse, a Joint Venture, for 150 parking spaces
located at 221 South Water Street, beginning January 22, 1996, and approving
monthly lease amounts of $2,418.00 per month for the first year, $2,538.90 per
month for the second year, $2,665.85 per month for the third year, $2,745.80 per
month for the four year, and $2,828.20 per month for the fifth year.
