Motion authorizing an application to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission for a grant of $176,666 to conduct air quality planning activities for
Nueces and San Patricio Counties which is an area considered to be near non-
attainment under the Federal Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.
